Worthmore Family Media (hereinafter referred to as “mentor” or “company” ) agrees to provide Elite Forex University and www.EliteForexUniversity.com (hereinafter referred to as “program”) to (hereinafter referred to as “I” or “you” or “client”).

 

By completing any and all purchases from the company, you agree to the following:

 

I am requesting the mentorship services of Worthmore Family Media in the form of Elite Forex University and www.EliteForexUniversity.com

 

I understand that mentorship is a relationship with my mentor that is designed to facilitate the creation of business and/or personal goals.

 

I agree that I am solely responsible for my own actions, behaviors, and results.

 

I will be accountable for the completion of any steps/activities/implementation generated as a result of each mentorship and group session.

 

I understand I am solely responsible for my income over the course of the mentorship. Worthmore Family Media is not responsible for my financial results or earnings.

 

As a client, I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my physical, mental and emotional well-being during my mentoring conversations, including my choices and decisions.

 

I will not use mentoring as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, mental health care or substance abuse treatment. I recognize that I am seeing a mentor and not a licensed mental health professional, advisor, consultant, or coach.

 

I give my mentor permission to keep a confidential record of my name and contact information.

 

I understand that all material, session recordings, interaction between mentor, client and group remain the sole property of Worthmore Family Media and can be released, used for marketing purposes, and reproduced at their discretion. I may not screen record, download, reuse or redistribute any program content without written permission from Worthmore Family Media.

 

I will not share any trading signals, proprietary systems, or personal information about other members of the group, with anyone outside of the program.

 

To remain in good standing in the program, I will abide by the rules of conduct in the group. If I am found to be in violation of the rules of conduct, I may be removed from the program.

 

Once you have made your payment there are NO REFUNDS before, during, or after your payment is made.

 

You may cancel any membership that you have purchased access to at any time without penalty or cancelation fee.
